Ingredients: to make an 8x8 in (20 x 20 cm) dessert, cut in nine squares
For the dough:
4 oz (115 gr) of unsalted butter, melted
1 ½ cups (225 gr) of all-purpose flour
1 cup (90 gr) of old fashion, rolled oats
½ cup (100 gr) of sugar
¼ cup packed (30 gr) of brown sugar
pinch of salt
1 egg
For the filling:
12 oz (340 gr) of fresh blueberries
½ cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of lemon juice (about the juice of one small lemon)
