You can then have it for breakfast with yoghurt or milk or even as a snack. This recipe is vegan, full of healthy fats, vegetarian protein and fibre to make sure that you are kept fuller for longer and to give your body a huge health boost.

Apple & Cinnamon Granola Recipe Ingredients
350 grams jumbo oats
3 tsp ground cinnamon
150 grams dried apple slices homemade/shop bought
150 grams coconut oil melted
200 grams mixed nuts
100 mls maple syrup or 50mls maple syrup + 50mls brown sugar (melted)
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cups seeds
