Namaste, Join me for a creative 20-minute twisty flow with inversion practice (headstand and dolphin). This is a creative full-body yoga flow that will get your blood flowing, twist out aches & pains, & relax the mind through deep conscious ujjayi breaths and a mindful meditation ending.
