This officer was at the right place at the right time. S.W.A.T. Officer SPO Oden from the Atlanta Police Department was on patrol when he saw a car driving with its hazard lights on and the horn blowing. As he got out of his car, a mother ran to him with a baby who wasn’t breathing. The officer then sprang into action. He called the incident in and then began administering CPR.
