This episode takes place in Vice Point, close to the golf course, where golfers and shopper ladies have a riot. Peds have random weapons using the rainbomizer mod. This episode was suggested by Jose Cordero.

About the Peds Riot episodes:
- In these episodes, the pedestrians of Vice City attack each other with weapons using the 'Peds Riot (FIGHTFIGHTFIGHT)' and 'Peds Carry Guns (OURGODGIVENRIGHTTOBEARARMS)' cheat codes.
- Using the GTA Vice City Rainbomizer mod, peds can be given random weapons, various episodes may see the peds and vehicles randomized too.
- With God Mode mod enabled, Tommy will not take damage from anything or attract police attention when committing a crime.
