I broke my ankle right at the beginning of summer and for a teacher, we live for summer. So I took rest and relaxation to a whole level by working on a natural recovery of my ankle break. Now, I've been doing everything I can to get ready for back to school and hurry my ankle recovery process.
For reference, I never had a hard cast; went from a soft cast (for a week) to a walking boot. I was supposed to get a plaster cast but went with my doctor that gave me a second opinion about my ORIF surgery. FYI- I'm 39 years old, non-smoker, non-drinker.
