Pongal is a famous south recipe especially in tamilnadu. Here I shared Sarkarrai Pongal recipe / Sweet Pongal.. It is a good combination of rice, moongdal and jagerry flavoured by ghee and dryfruits. All time kids favourite healthy recipe. you must try it once.... you will definitely love it.

Ingredients : -

Raw Rice - 1 cup
Moongdal - 1/2 cup
Water - 5 Cup

Jaggerry - 2 or 2.5 cup
Water- 1/2 cup

Cashew Nut
Kismis
Cardamom Powder - 1tsp

Ghee - 4 Tbsp
