Iraqi forces say they have reclaimed Tal Afar's Citadel district, in a continuing offensive to regain control of the town from Daesh. Since the operation began in early August, the US-backed forces have captured 19 areas in the city, but there are still several neighborhoods to take. Ash Gallagher reports.
