Music Room, Malacañan Palace

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte granted a check worth PhP100 million to Dr. Gerardo Legaspi, Director of the Philippine General Hospital (PGH), during their meeting at the Music Room in Malacañan Palace.
The amount will be allocated for the underprivileged patients of the hospital who cannot afford medical procedures and treatments.
Dr. Ireneo Quiron of the PGH Fiscal Services and Mr. Elmer Mendez, an admin aide, accompanied Dr. Legaspi during the meeting.
Deputy Executive Secretary for Finance and Administration Rizalina Justol from the Office of the President and Special Assistant to the President (SAP) Christopher ‘Bong’ Go joined the meeting and witnessed the turnover of the check.
