I had a friend suggest I try some incantations after the madding hand stun. He sent me some awesome clips and I realized Messmer's orb might true combo after it... and sure enough, It does. Just make sure to hit it immediately after the hand without holding the incantation down. Bloodflame talons into the madding stun feels so good it could be a true combo... It isn't but so damn close.
