In partnership with the Prince’s Trust, we offer employability support for work-ready young people aged 16-30 in North Tyneside and Northumberland who are interested in pursuing a career in the NHS.
This involves a two-day, face-to-face, NHS-specific job readiness workshop designed for those who feel ready to start working.
By completing these workshops, individuals will develop an understanding of the healthcare sector and improve confidence and employability skills, which will support applications to entry-level roles and apprenticeships.
The programme runs in various locations across the Northumbria Healthcare area and also at external venues.
