1/2 cup, gram flour ( chane ka besan)
40 gm, dry coconut
35 gm Cashew
40 gm, raw papaya with
skin
2 tbsp, melon seeds
( char magaz )
1 tbsp, poppy seeds ( posta Dana, khaskhas )
1cup water
100 gm,onion
800 gm, mutton ( boneless mutton cut to slice )
2, pinch orange food colour
1/2, lemon juice
1 tbsp, mix black paper and Cumin powder
1/2 tespn, turmeric
salt to taste
1 tbsp,red chili powder
1tbsp, ginger paste
1tbsp, garlic paste
1tespn, Kashmiri red chilli powder
150 gm oil
100 gm, fresh curd
1 tespn, Kolkata biryani
Masala powder
1/2 tbsp, kewra water
5 to 6 drop mughlai meetha attar
2 tbsp ghee
