It's time for a Sober Q&A - you've asked the questions so I'm here to answer them! It's been 30 days since I started my sober journey (a whole month 🎉) so I asked over on my Instagram page if you had any questions for me and there were loads!

I want to thank everyone for being so supportive and for sharing your own stories. I am early on in my journey and I'm taking each day as it comes but I'm excited to continue to share my ups and downs (hopefully more ups!) with you and grow awareness around sober curiosity.
