2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Salt
500 Gms Rice
1 Black Cardamom
3 Green Cardamoms
Half Star Anise
2 Cloves
1 pc Mace
1/4 pc Nutmeg
2 Bay Leaves
1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
750 Gms Mutton
Add the spices powder
½ cup Curd
3 Potatoes
Half Cup Coconut Milk
7-8 Green Chillies
Fresh Coriander
2 Tsp Salt
3 Green Chillies
2 Tbsp Ghee
