Red lentils, also known as Masoor dal in India is a staple diet in many homes. They are loaded with nutrients and are extremely beneficial for body and skin. When combined with pumpkin, which is another vitamins and mineral packed vegetable, it becomes a complete healthy meal.

1 cup red lentils
1 cup chopped pumpkin
1 tomato finely chopped
1 green chilli finely chopped
1 tsp grated ginger
water as directed in the recipe
3 tablespoon desi ghee
fresh coriander leaves
2 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
