Nanga Parbat is known as "the Killer Mountain" because of its high fatality rate. The mountain has an impressive climb. Even in the summer months, the mountain is threatened by unstable glaciers, avalanches and raging storms. Several climbers had tested their climbing skills, but unfortunately perished in their attempt. The duo of Tomek Mackiewicz & Elisabeth Revol also made an attempt to conquer Nanga Parbat. Their attempt via the dangerous Kinshofer route, changed their lives forever….
