• Discuss a legal motion filed by the creditor’s committee and survivors in the Archdiocese of St. Paul & Minneapolis bankruptcy case, to consolidate several entities into the bankruptcy estate;
• Outline the multiple, deceptive actions taken by the Archdiocese to divert, hide and shelter funds from sexual abuse survivors after the Minnesota Child Victims Act was passed in May 2013;
• Demand transparency and accountability from the Archdiocese as it continues its familiar pattern and behavior of deceit and cover-up to avoid accountability.
