I really, really loved Shokugeki no Soma. Not only was it a fantastic parody of the shounen genre, it was a fantastic shounen on its own merit. Of course, I loved the music so much. Good OPs, good EDs, and an OST full of memorable songs, including some insanely dramatic and over the top pieces.
