A lovely day to enjoy a hot bowl of rice with homemade seasoning. Furikake has many other flavour combinations, like bonito furikake, or tamago furikake. I used shiitake mushroom powder to add umami to the dried shiso leaves, black and white sesame seeds and French grey sea salt and Canadian harvested flake sea salt. Use a jar to store it and keep it clump free with a desiccant pack.
