Sri Lanka is fighting to avert a double ecological disaster. A burnt-out ship sinking off its west coast could leak hundreds of tonnes of oil into the Indian Ocean. The government said it intends to seek compensation from the vessel's operator. Mr Shmuel Yoskovitz, CEO of the vessel's operator X-Press Feeders, gave an update on the environmental damage and compensation process.
