Lore:after its trainer traded its wigglytuff(disabled) to other trainer,he got a cyndaquil. and the other trainder was gold,after gold got it,he immediately noticed the wigglytuff was completely different from a normal one. He instantly freed the wigglytuff,after it,the wigglytuff was walking around the forest to fight pokemons,and he found ponyta once again,then started to TRY to fight him
