The Binance Smart Chain is a new chain that runs in parallel to the Binance Chain. It offers smart contract functions and EVM compatibility. Also, whatever amount of SOLO tokens is ported over to the BSC has to be locked up in the XRP Ledger.
I make a lot of assumptions, but see that these projects are not really competitors. They are starting to link up and hopefully relieve the well known problems with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
They will provide liquidity and interoperate with each other. It is one of the major routes traditional finance seems to be connecting to blockchain and crypto finance.
Since Sologenic is using Tendermint to build their Coreum blockchain, it could be one route for all the assets on Sologenic to interoperate with all the ATOM coins. I don't know much about the Cosmos ecosystem, so I will have to research that more.
