Odds are you've experienced the dreaded feeling of Imposter Syndrome or self-doubt at one point in your life. While self-doubt can be a normal part of our lives, especially when we're starting something new, it should go away in time as you gain more confidence and skills; Imposter Syndrome, though, is something much worse. In this video, I break down what Imposter Syndrome and self-doubt are and how you can battle them. I chose not to use the word "overcome" because, if you're anything like me, Imposter Syndrome & self-doubt are something that I constantly struggle with and have to address when they appear again. I'm sharing the strategies that I use when I'm feeling insecure and am battling Imposter Syndrome & self-doubt, and I hope that you find them helpful, too!
