Movie: SlowVideo 2014

Jang-boo's rare eyesight condition has crippled him from having a normal life, further leading him to lose his only friend and the love of his life, Bong Soo-mi. As he decides to work at a CCTV monitoring center, fate playfully brings Soo-mi back into his life. He decides to pursue her, but he soon realizes that things won't be easy for him.
