How to make a spinach and salmon quiche ? Here’s the easy recipe !
Ingredients :
- 300g (10.5 oz) spinach
- 100g (3.5 oz) smoked salmon
- Shortcrust pastry
- 3 eggs
- 25cl double cream
- Grated Gruyère cheese
- Nutmeg
Every ingredient can be organic.
Recipe :
1) Brown spinach with butter
2) Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F)
3) Mix eggs, nutmeg, double cream and grated Gruyère cheese
4) Put shortcrust pastry in pie dish
5) Add smoked salmon, spinach and the blend
6) Bake to 200°C (390°F) during 30 minutes
7) Enjoy ! :-)
