Be extremely careful while washing your hair after your transplant! According to the researchers it takes up to 10 days for grafts to anchor completely, so while "massaging" your recipient area, be gentle!
Dr. Bruno Ferreira recommended washing JUST donor area from day 1 to day 3, on day 4 start washing recipient and donor areas twice a day and slowly increasing intensity. In this video It's morning of day 6, so you can compare yourself how it looks for you!
