Cholesterol is a form of lipid that is required in our body. It is obtained through our diets and also made by our liver. There are many forms of cholesterol in our body. We are going to focus on two types, LDL and HDL, in this presentation by doing a comparison between the two. Overall, LDL is the form of cholesterol that is “bad” and we want to minimize in our body while HDL is the form that we want to maximize.
