If you are having trouble defeating Nemesis boss battle in the Clock Tower here is my gameplay for the encounter. The best strategy here is to be super aggressive against Nemesis, shot everything you've got in the first round until he roars and starts running like mad. Plant a grenade launcher mine round on the clock tower to halt its movement and do heavy damage to his parasite while he is on the ground. Rinse and repeat.
