Welcome back, Educators.
Our mission is to find out the date of the last lecture and the number of attendees.
And the average attendance in the last lectures dynamically.
Type =OFFSET(
The start cell is A1.
To find out the number of offset rows, we use the COUNTA function.
Type = COUNTA(
Select the range.
Close parenthesis.
Set the offset columns to 0.
Set the height to 1.
Set the width to 2.
Press Enter.
And here is it.
And now we calculate the average attendance in the last three lectures.
Type =OFFSET(
The start cell is B1.
To find out the number of offset rows, we use the COUNTA function.
Type = COUNTA(
Select the range.
Close parenthesis.
Subtract 2.
Set the offset columns to 0.
Set the height to 3.
And here is it.
We've added a custom number format to these cells to facilitate reading the data.
Surround all with AVERAGE function.
Press Enter.
