After over two years the Noctua NH-P1 fanless, and completely passive CPU cooler is here, and I got one to put to the test. I'll be installing this on my standard CPU cooler test bench and running all the thermal testing. Then, in a last minute change of plans I'll be using it in a pretty fun, but kinda silly HTPC build in a InWin Chopin Mini-ITX Case, and, I'll test that too. This video will be about 95% informative and probably 5% stupid.
