2014 saw the largest Ebola outbreak in the world. Ayorinde was part of a larger team that responded heroically and very quickly to resolve that issue in Lagos, Nigeria. He shares with us on genetics - a vital tool in the battle for the survival of the nation. Dr. James is a Molecular Biologist and a Research Fellow in the Department of Biochemistry & Nutrition, Nigerian Institute of Medical Research. He is also co-founder of a biotechnology start-up, The GeneLab Biosciences: a DNA technology company that develops DNA testing services for infectious diseases and human genomics in partner health and laboratory facilities.
