Recipe
300g Sundried Tomatoes
40g Parmesan Cheese
35g Pine Nuts
Handful of Basil
2 Cloves of Garlic
Pinch of Salt
160ml of Olive Oil
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz together until smooth and well combined
