Ingredients:
Eggplant 🍆 green pepper , (red pepper🌶️, garlic, cumin, parsley, salt, a little vinegar)
Method: Boil the eggplant and a little before the end of boiling add fresh green pepper , then filter from the water and leave to cool, then cut it and but inside it all ingredients together ( salt, red pepper, parsley, .......) After grinding it with the food processor ،then put it in an airtight container, happy meal 😍
