I used to say no to a lot of things in my life, bc I didn't want to waste my time plus I didn't think I would enjoy certain things. Over the last few years, I decided to start testing my comfort zone by saying yes to more things outside of what I'm used to. The results were extraordinary.
I felt I've lived more in the last 4 years than I did in my entire life. More importantly, I was able to let go of the fear of being uncomfortable with the unknown. That was a big one. This one thing has stopped me from so many opportunities and adventures that I could have had. And who knows where it could have led... By saying yes to more things in life and not being afraid to fail or to be uncomfortable, my life expanded, and who I was expanded as well.
