Guinea Pig was a Belgian band of the late 80s made of Philippe Depireux and Patrick Paquot (Evelin) of Jo Lemaire + Flouze (check them out!), bass extraordinaire Luc Somville and freshers David Goffin and Nathalie Lecomte (both 22 at the time).
This was the time of Atari sequencers, hardware samplers and hard hitting snares! Recording took place at the famous ICP studio in Brussels with the great Christian Ramon (aka Djoum) at the SSL desk. This single (their second) was courted by both Virgin and Polygram when demos were sent to them! The band chose Polygram (through their Philips brand) who released 'Jane' on vinyl. It received good airplay in Belgium that year and the band played some good gigs after that. This video was put together from archives by David Goffin. Original footage of the band filmed by Canal Zoom Gembloux in 1989. The single is now available everywhere: [ Ссылка ]
