Vegetable Quiche Recipe
Prepare the bases. Mix egg, cream and milk and whisk together. Season with little salt and pepper. Chop the vegetables and cook off in a saucepan. Place vegetable mixture in the base. Fill up with egg mixture and sprinkle the grated cheese over the quiche. Place to the pre heated oven. Leave in oven at 180°C for 20-25 mins until golden brown and egg mix has set. Serve with a nice green salad.

Bases - 2
Courgettes - 1
Peppers - 1
Red Onions - 1
Leeks - 1
Eggs - 2
Milk - 200ml
Cream - 50ml
Cheese - 50g (optional)
Salt, Pepper for taste
