Ingredients
4 oz cream cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
2/3 cup coconut flour
1 tbsp. psyllium husk
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp. heavy whipping cream
2 large eggs
In a bowl add your cream cheese and mozzarella cheese and heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Remove and stir. Add in your coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, baking soda, heavy whipping cream and eggs and combine until it forms a dough ball with no liquid and no dry spots. Take your donut mold and spray with cooking spray and add your mixture to the molds i was able to get 6 bagels out of the dough. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
