We utilize an industrial air peeling system to remove the skins from each clove of garlic. From there, quality control crews, high-tech optical sorters, and our automated baggers execute the rest of the process, ensuring that our customers get the best flavor and safest product. This is possible only through the efforts of our highly trained and committed employees, stringent food security protocol, and continued investment in state-of-the-art machinery and infrastructure.
