Hello my friends! Today I’d like to share with you my 8 week of pregnancy update video! I am so excited to share that I was finally able to go to my doctor and get an ultrasound! This is my 2nd pregnancy and I am so blessed to have this baby growing. I got my 1st trimester ultrasound pictures to show you!

I am a stay at home mama to a sweet baby girl, and wife to an amazing husband. I also have several chronic illnesses (see below). I am passionate about sharing my story to help those suffering like I do. I have a degree in health education and I am certified in nutrition, chronic disease, and health promotion.
