The years that we have been members of this organization have proved to be both unsatisfactory and frustrating, which is why we have cancelled our membership with them and it is also why you won't find an accreditation from them online for us. Along with this video, we have included four articles that document why the Better Business Bureau is an organization we'd rather not be connected to. Companies like USA Today and Time are also actually documenting the pay-to-play scams that the Better Business Bureau is involved in.
This is mainly why you won't find an accreditation from them in our company website. We are, however, accredited with NARPM, the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the San Antonio Board of Realtors and the Texas Real Estate Commission.
