Please join the O’Neill Institute for a virtual briefing on how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted efforts to end the HIV epidemic in America. New evidence illustrates that the pandemic has significantly affected critical indicators, such as access to HIV testing, diagnosis, and treatment and delayed our progress in ending the epidemic.
The conversation will include researchers, policy experts, and community advocates. Panelists will highlight the urgent action needed to get back on track towards ending the HIV epidemic. They will also discuss the findings from a new white paper from Milliman, Study of the Impact of COVID-19 on HIV Testing, Diagnosis and Treatment in the United States, and a new report from GLAAD, Invisible People: A Retrospective Report on the Impacts of COVID & HIV in the United States.
