Season's greetings 2018.

This year, we have decided to record Franz Xaver Gruber's "Stille Nacht, Heilige Nacht (Silent Night, Holy Night)" as the greeting card.

"Silent Night" was composed on the 24th of December, 1818. This year marks the 200th Anniversary of the composition and the premier and we thought that it is more appropriate than other carols.

The video explains the history of the piece as well as what has happened to the church with pictures. I hope you can enjoy the movie.

The performance was recorded by Osamu Kaihara by his custom-made microphones.
