It feels like autonomous cars have been “right around the corner” for the last decade in a never-ending cycle of automakers promising their arrival. Well, if Mercedes-Benz has anything to do with it, that might finally be true: The brand’s new Drive Pilot will be the first Level 3 autonomous system to hit the U.S. market.
