Anterior pelvic tilt (also known as “distal crossed syndrome”). Caused by a forward tipped pelvis that causes the bum to push out back and the stomach to stick out forward. As a result, this creates a curve in the lower back. This Anterior Pelvic Tilt can lead to lower back pain and tightness, and inhibit proper force production and/or activation of the glutes when lifting. It can be reduced and even maybe fixed with stretches and exercises.
