The ERP 2.0, or new electronic road pricing system, will be rolled out in Singapore gradually and it's out with the in-vehicle unit (IU), in with the on-board unit (OBU).
The new system will be satellite-based and has the capability to support distance-based charging through its global navigation satellite system, but authorities say there are no immediate plans to introduce distance-based charging. READ: [ Ссылка ]
