Are you ready to study?
I've recently adopted the Pomodoro technique (25 min study x 5 min break). I've found this technique to be particularly helpful when you are finding it hard to concentrate or have just done a procrastination binge.
I'm actually in my exam season right now and with Covid-19 it's truly hard to keep the motivation up! So I applaud you for clicking on this video and totally get it if you are also feeling a bit down during this time.
