While my last cooked chicken turned out really good, it wasn't quite as done in the thigh as I like.
Today I had my dad over and I cooked another. 3lbs 11oz in the oven at 350 degrees, covered for 1.5 hours and uncovered for 30 minutes.
Dad's verdict: Amazing!
Husband's verdict: Redamdiculous chicken!
(but he always says something like that...)
