In a disturbing incident that took place in Pune, Maharashtra, the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) official in charge of the anti-encroachment department was caught on camera kicking stalls belonging to hawkers and behaving inappropriately towards them during an anti-encroachment drive. The incident was captured on video and has since gone viral on social media. The footage shows Madhav Jagtap, the head of the PMC anti-encroachment department, kicking one of the stalls and engaging in misconduct towards an illegal hawker.
