Lykke is the Danish word for happiness and Denmark is the happiest nation in the world! We all can learn so much from their example, and in this video, I hope to inspire you to implement some of the Danish practices of happy living into your own life. You may or may not have heard of the word "Hygge", which is the danish word for "cozy", and together, Hygge and Lykke can drastically improve our quality of life.
