Here's a interesting combination that builds on other tutorials I've posted here.

This combo is based on momentum transfer from the underhand into overhand, which is then used to load a spiral throw.

Transitions are somewhat tricky because they involve a quarter turn in one direction (N-E), and then three quarter turns in the other (E-N-W-S).
